Returns & Exchanges

At KISS USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for hygienic reasons, used or opened items cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the unopened products in their original box and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
